Complaints Policy

Heavy Vehicle Certifying Engineers in New Zealand are required by the New Zealand Transport Authority Agency to have a complaints policy that is available for clients to view.  Transport Solutions Group (TSG) is a family business that pride themselves in delivering a professional and timely service.  TSG are specialised and reliable and pride ourselves in our morality.  Please see below our Complaints Policy for viewing.

COMPLAINTS

Transport Solutions Group Ltd view a complaint as an opportunity to improve product, system or service.

It is our customers rights to make a complaint.  If their complaint is not resolved within 25 business days or relates to LTSA policy, they have the right to complain to LTSA.
